Dear John and Kathleen:
How can we ever thank you for all that you did in helping us find our great new house? There are so many scary parts to buying your first home. The worst part is not writing checks with lots of zeros or signing hundreds of confusing documents; the intimidating part is just knowing what you have to do next. You both did such a great job of guiding us through the nerve-racking maze of finding, appraising, negotiating, inspecting and closing on our new home. You left no stone unturned and were able to negotiate a fantastic deal and all of the improvements that we needed to close in only a few weeks. We always had complete faith in you and knew that you were working in our best interest one hundred percent of the time. That is a very comforting feeling during a stressful time. We could never have done it without you. Of course, we feel like we were stealing, because we never had to pay you a cent! You really are too good to be true. We will send everyone we know to you when they are ready to purchase a home; it just would not make sense to do it any other way.

Once again, thank you so much for your patience and wisdom, you really were like our guardian angels!
