New Information Technologies Empower and Enrich Local Exclusive Buyer Brokers

This past St. Patrick’s Day, our local Realtors from Lincoln, Kathleen Ann and John W. Corbett, from The Buyer’s Choice, attended the Sheraton Tarain in Framingham, Ma for a Massachusetts Association of Buyer Agents (M.A.B.A.) meeting. Technology was the educational focus of the annual meeting. The featured guest speaker was Richard Seltzer from Digital Equipment. He is an advocate for full and more effective use of the internet for business, communication, and education. His topic was “How to find and be found on the internet.” Many essential tools were shown and means to refine searches using the Alta Vista search engine (www.altavista.digital.com.)

Also, demonstrated at the MABA meeting was a program called Goldmine, which is a total office management and data-base program that is sweeping the country. Attendees were shown how this program can be productive for their clients as representing them as Exclusive Buyer Agents (E.B.A)

This day was well-spent and offered great opportunities for growing your business using computer technology. Kathleen and John are using the internet to promote exclusive buyer representation.
