The Corbett Team has created a new FREE EVENT like no other for sellers who want to sell their own home and for buyer who want to see the whole market, not just properties that are listed with real estate companies.

The Corbett Team will be planning a parade of for sale by owner homes

This EVENT is designed for buyers who would like to TRY OUT  a Certified Exclusive Buyers Agent and see why the Corbett Team is the company for them!  

This event will allow them to hire the Corbett Team for a Day!

We will be Spending 15 minutes at each property with our represented buyers. Our buyers can leave at any time during the tour! For our buyers to participate in the tour they must sign an agreement with our company for the day!

It is FREE for a property to be on the tour!

The seller agrees to allow the Corbett Team to take a picture of the property and allow the Corbett Team to advertise it.

The sellers understand that the Corbett Team and their company The Buyer's Choice  will not be representing  them and will be representing  the buyer exclusively! 

If the buyer wants to purchase one of the properties on the tour, the buyer is responsible for their fee. In most cases, for buyers to be able to purchase the property the buyer would need to have their buyer agent's fee financed in the purchase price of the property as most real estates fees are handled. Understanding that the offer will have to be acceptable to you, the seller!
