Am I doing the right thing? by Kathleen Corbett The best thing to do is hire your own exclusive buyer’s agent before seeing any open houses, however if you must see an open house inform the agent that you will be hiring a buyer agent to represent you and you are there just to look at the house.
If the agent asks you to sign a guest book, sign our company's name and our

Also you can show them our Open House letter and have them sign it, if they don’t want to sign it you
sign it and date it. If you like the house, at no time should you tell the agent any of your banking information or give them any deposit,or sign any offer form, if you do give them a deposit on the house or sign an offer form,there would be no way we could enter the transaction and you would be paying a fee for no representation. |
